A Governors' Camp property, Loldia House is the perfect place to start your African adventure - you'll be transported back in time to when the early settlers arrived in Kenya. Set in the Great Rift Valley, Loldia House is often visited by roaming animals and has views of the dormant Mount Longonot volcano. Along with game drives around the park, it is also conveniently located for day trips to the famous Lake Nakuru National Park.
Loldia House is Governors' Camp's only example of a safari lodge in Kenya, situated on a private farm in the Great Rift Valley on the shores of Lake Naivasha. The area can be explored on foot with guided walks, or by traditional game drives. Alternatively you can just sit back and relax at the house as animals tend to wander around the farm freely, hippos are often spotted from the veranda.
Dinner is served in the colonial-style dining room, while breakfast and lunch are served under a spreading fig tree in the garden.
At Loldia House you can choose to stay in the old family house or in cottages in the grounds.
Children of all ages are welcome and catered for.
