Bom Bom Island Resort

An epic journey it may be, but it is absolutely worth it. The resort sits between rainforest-covered hills and has two stunning beaches, on which turtles nest, and off which whales swim. The 19 comfortable en-suite bungalows have views of the gardens, swimming pool or sea, with the beachfront ones just metres from the sand. Aside from the beach, excursions are offered to explore the many natural wonders of this pinprick island.

Our Thoughts

Reaching Bom Bom is an adventure in itself, the final flight to Principe being aboard a 15-seater aircraft which soars over jungle-clad volcanoes before descending to land on a small airstrip amongst the dusty red soil. A true island paradise, the resort sensitively blends with its natural surroundings.
