We had a sensational time, we are still miserable to be home. The safari was literally faultless. The place was fantastic, the trips themselves were awesome, we saw everything we could’ve hoped to but what really made it were the staff. To a person I have never been treated better in any hotel in the world. They were outstanding, absolutely on the right side of not being intrusive but amazingly helpful, courteous, friendly, easy to get on with and they made us feel like we were the most important people there. - Jonathan Lee
