Marriage is the perfect union of two souls, a coming together in total harmony, and a safari and beach honeymoon combination is an equally perfect coupling. So this itinerary has been created to blend the safari adventure in South Africa and lazy abandonment on the sandy white beaches of Mozambique. After your adventure in the bush, you enjoy an exhilarating helicopter flip and the personal services of a Butler-host. Bliss!
Depart London Heathrow on your scheduled overnight flight to Johannesburg.
On arrival in Johannesburg, you connect with your scheduled flight to Hoedspruit, the gateway to the Kruger National Park. You will be met on arrival and transferred to Simbambili Game Lodge where you spend the next three nights. Simbambili is a small, intimate lodge situated in the Sabi Sands Game Reserve, world renowned for excellent Big Five game viewing. Included in your stay are day and night game drives and bush walks. You can also take advantage of the luxurious accommodation and opt to chill out in your suite, with your own private plunge pool, just the two of you or book in for a spa treatment and totally relax.
Today you transfer to the airstrip for your flight by light aircraft to Kruger Mpumalanga Airport where you connect with the South African Airlink flight to Vilanculos. When you arrive, you board your helicopter for your transfer over to Benguerra Island.
Spend the next seven nights at the stunning Azura Benguerra, complete with your own Butler-host to look after your every need. Your time here will be at leisure to relax, enjoy the beautiful location with its undiscovered stretches of pure white sand beaches, your own private sparkling pool, superb food (especially seafood) and range of activities on offer from Azura Benguerra including the diving and snorkelling amongst the magnificent reefs.
After a morning at leisure, you will be collected and transferred back to Vilanculos by helicopter, arriving in time for your scheduled South African Airlink flight back to Johannesburg. On arrival, there is a short layover before your connecting overnight flight to London Heathrow.
