Amakhala Game Reserve is located in the malaria-free Eastern Cape of South Africa. The private Game Reserve offers guests accommodation in a selection of diverse establishments made up of restored Country Houses, Safari Lodges and Tented Camps located in different areas of the 9,000 hectares. Day and night game viewing trips under the guidance of professional game rangers are available, and wildlife likely to be encountered during game drives in the are the Big Five - lion, elephant, rhino, buffalo and leopard, as well as cheetah, giraffe, zebra, wildebeest and plenty of antelope species.

On arrival at Port Elizabeth airport transfer by road to Amakhala Game Reserve to stay for three nights on safari at Amakhala Safari Lodge.
Amakhala Safari Lodge offers a four-star experience on the northern boundary of the reserve, with 11 luxury suites, all with private plunge pool and spacious sitting area. Throughout the suites and the public areas are wonderful examples of traditional African beadwork and handicrafts.
After morning game drive and breakfast transfer back to Port Elizabeth airport for onward journey.
