The Alternative Cape

Itinerary Overview

A beautiful and far cooler alternative to the classic Garden Route.

Cape Town thrills with its best-in-the-world beaches, restaurants and scenery, its frisky up-and-coming neighbourhoods and a thriving art scene. Within easy reach is the fishing village of Paternoster, with its pretty whitewashed cottages and colourful wooden boats. Loop round through the Riebeek Valley and down to Robertson, in the heart of the wine route, for a fresh departure from the Franschhoek throngs.
