A historic wine estate dating back to 1685, Boschendal is located almost equidistant from the wine region’s big hitting towns – Franschhoek, Stellenbosch and Paarl – and has long had a great reputation for its wines, restaurant and the terrific picnics which are served in the tree-lined and majestic grounds.

A wide variety of self catering accommodation options are available to guests staying on the farm. From 1 bedroom cottages to a five bedroom cottage perfect for larger families. All have full kitchens or kitchenettes in the smaller cottages. The emphasis is on stylish simplicity the guest cottages are authentic, rural yet contemporary in character.

Guests enjoy privileged access to the entire farm and activities available include vineyard tours, mountain biking, hiking, trout fishing, horse riding and farm history tours.
