Buhoma Lodge enjoys spectacular views across Bwindi's verdant forest canopy and is ideally located just a short distance from the starting point for treks into the jungle in search of the mountain gorillas.
Tracking gorillas can be strenuous work so you will be glad of the chance to relax on your chalet's private verandah or the main lodge's elevated lounge while enjoying the tranquility and vistas of the surrounding forest.

The lodge's ten spacious chalets are comfortably appointed and enjoy views over the forest canopy. Buhoma's eco credentials are evident in the chalets' locally sourced materials and solar lighting.
The lodge accepts children of all ages with kids under the age of five sharing with parents staying free of charge. Please note the minimum age for gorilla trekking is 15.
