On the crest of a hill which overlooks the Drakensberg Mountains and shaded by tall trees, this lodge offers a luxury private escape.
There are just four spacious suites, each of which can be completely self-contained with dining, relaxing and bathing areas. They are all built around a shared swimming pool and there is also a bar, wine cellar, boma, dining and relaxing area at which to retire to after a hard days game viewing in the African bush.
One of the smallest lodges on the Thornybush Nature Reserve, there are just four suites available to guests. The reclusive can hide away here as each of the suites has its own dining, relaxing and bathing areas, ideal for those seeking solitude.
An outside boma area is the perfect location for a delicious dinner after a day in the bush. Set with class and elegance at their best, you will enjoy an amazing banquet by the fire-place, sipping a glass of good wine and sharing with other guests your daytime adventures.
Allow yourself an unforgettable and intimate sojourn in one of the luxurious 4 double suites provided with private lounges, air-conditioning, bath and shower. Set on the lawn under shady trees, each suite has thatched roofs and indigenous African decorations.
NKaya is not recommended for families with very young children as those under six are not permitted on game drives and no baby sitting is available.
