Discover the iconic Kenya destinations of the Great Rift Valley lakes and the world-famous Masai Mara. Enjoy some wonderful game viewing and stay at traditional lodge and tented camp accommodation. This is an experience you will never forget.
Accommodation includes: Loldia House and Governors' Camp
Depart London Heathrow on a daylight flight to Nairobi with British Airways. On arrival into Nairobi you will be collected and transferred to the lovely Palacina Hotel for an overnight stay. Located close to the city centre in the beautiful gardens of the State House Valley, the Palacina is Nairobi's premier boutique hotel and has all the luxuries you could need along with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
You will be collected from your hotel and transferred to Loldia House, where you will spend the next three nights. Set on the shores of Lake Naivasha in Kenya's Great Rift Valley, Loldia House takes you back in time to the life of Kenya's early settlers and is the perfect place to start your Kenyan adventure. The property is often visited by roaming animals and enjoys spectacular views of the dormant Mount Longonot volcano. The surrounding area can be explored on foot, or by traditional game drives and a trip to nearby Lake Nakuru National Park is also included in your stay. Alternatively, you can sit back and relax at the house and watch the animals roam freely around the property.
You will fly to the Masai Mara to spend the next 4 nights at Governors' Camp. Originally built for the exclusive use of Kenya’s colonial governors, this tented lodge still offers one of the best classic safari experiences anywhere in Africa. The property is located right in the heart of the best game viewing area of the Masai Mara and combines old-style charm with all the comforts of a luxury hotel. Set along the Mara river, it provides extraordinary sightings of hippo & crocodile and fantastic bird-watching.
After breakfast, fly to Nairobi for your overnight flight to London Heathrow.
