Overnight flight from Heathrow to Johannesburg on British Airways.
Morning arrival and connecting flight to Maun. You will then fly by light aircraft to Makgadikgadi for a two night stay at the legendary Jack's Camp. Relive the safari days of old at this colonially styled camp complete with Persian rugs and mahogany furniture, located on the edge of the vast, flat Makgadikgadi Salt Pans. Explore this land of endless horizons and big skies by quad bike and in the company of bushmen and meet semi-habituated meerkats.
Fly via Maun to the Okavango Delta for a two night stay at Abu Camp to explore the diverse habitats of this private reserve and its abundant wildlife. The superb tented suites provide opulence in the bush with outdoor copper baths and plunge pools. Exploration of this private part of the Okavango Delta is by day and night drives, guided walks, boat trips and mokoro canoes which all add up to a magical experience.
Fly deeper into the Delta to the wildlife haven of Chief’s Island, home to some of the finest game viewing anywhere in Africa. Sanctuary Chief's Camp has stunning views over the floodplains and its spacious suites are ultra luxurious with plunge pools and shaded decks. The phenomenal game viewing in this area includes fantastic predator sightings and the chance of seeing rhino while a mokoro canoe trip on the waterways is the quintessential Okavango experience. To appreciate the delta from the air take to the skies on a scenic helicopter trip over the channels and islands.
A scenic light aircraft flight takes you to the vast Selinda Reserve, a pristine piece of wilderness. Here you will stay at Zarafa Dhow Suites for two nights, a private, lavish two bedroom suite complete with ancient Zanzibari doors, copper baths and sumptuous interiors. A spacious split-level deck, with a swimming pool, overlooks the Zibadianja lagoon. The suite has its own private staff to cater for your every need and a private guide and vehicle for game viewing on the reserve which boasts tremendous variety and numbers of wildlife including lion, leopard, elephant and wild dog.
Fly to Maun for the afternoon flight to Johannesburg and overnight flight on British Airways to Heathrow.
